Celeste Jacobi

WheelHaus Arts Instructor Biography:

From DISNEY to DALI and Back. IGNITING IMAGINATIONS! From a very young age I have had pencils and brushes in hand. My first memory of art was when my parents brought me to the theatre to watch Cinderella when I was 7 years old. I realized that art was more than a still picture. It was an emotional experience that could captivate the imagination. I began copying many Disney characters until the age of 16 when I discovered Salvador Dalí’s “Persistence of Memory”. That was the game changer for me. I couldn’t resist the appeal of surrealism so from that moment on I wanted to create something that no photograph could capture. I was only concerned with subjects only the imagination could tap into. My art was created with the sole purpose of igniting the imagination.  https://www.saatchiart.com/creatrixrealms
